How we Ensure Your Safety

  • We furnish our clients with detailed particulars, including names, passport photographs and relevant addresses of every member of our staff who will be detailed to your facility.
  • We duly and promptly intimate client of any additions and subtractions to the number of our members on our beat.
  • For effectiveness, we seek client’s permission to allow us display the passport size photographs of our withdrawn or redeployed members on their notice boards to make clients and staffers aware that the presence of the individual is no longer covered by our company.
  • Our supervisors on every beat are given special trainings on how to monitor and control movement of our staff under their control. for further control, our senior executives visit our beats from time to time, without prior notice to oversee the supervisors and take note of general performance.
  • We insist that our staff remain in uniform throughout the daily working period in or around the beat. They must also display their identity cards, complete with their passport size photographs on their chest pocket.

Our Health and Safety Policy

  • Take reasonable precaution in safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of our staff and others who may be affected by their work.
  • Work safely and efficiently
  • We observe health and safety rules and procedures and use all health and safety equipment provided
  • Report to a manager or supervisor any faulty equipment, potential hazard or incident that may lead to injury, illness or damage
  • Display clearly visible warning /caution signs when cleaning is in progress
  • We follow strictly manufacturer’s instructions when using cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Our staff are not exposed to cleaning equipment/agents unless trained on how to use and operate them.
  • We follow specific rues/guideline policy that areas/apply to work areas.
  • Wear safety safety/protective clothing as specified for designated areas/tasks
  • Report and wipe up spillage always displaying a warning sign
  • Walk not run whilst in a health care facility
  • Use authorized access and exit routes only
  • Stock items safely a place materials and equipment’s where they belong\
  • Disconnect electrical apparatus from the power supply before cleaning machinery
  • Check that all equipment is safe before use and have an up to date annual safety check
  • Do not misuse equipment
  • Keep all work areas as clean as possible and tidy up as you work
  • Place rubbish in the appropriate waste bags and bins provided and do not allow rubbish to accumulate

About Accidents

  • First aid treatment is available and given to workers who are injured before they are taken to the hospital.
  • If an accident occurs on site, our staff are to report it immediately to manager or supervisor
  • Seek medical attention from occupational health.
